Sup guys How many of u have suicidal ideation & what helps u to get out of it ?
Sep 29, 2020I did and I had them for almost 3 years. Fortunately my first attempt failed but I continued to suffer....... Then I freaking found Jesus π n he set me free from all negative thoughts ( not only suicide ) Sooo praise the lord π

Yeah, suicidal thought always pop in my but what gets me over it is Joyner Lucas's :- I'm sorry ππ½ this song just makes me think about all the gud things that has already happened to me, like my family and friends Just listen to the music, it helps me alot

Sep 29, 2020I've been suicidal for 4 years now, with failed attempts. I never got out of it , maybe just distracted. Having a person you can talk freely with helps in some way. It also helps to develop small habits through time, like early morning excercises , setting and achieving small goals. faith (religion) helps if you do follow one. And most importantly, Listen to Alan watts , you won't regret it.

Sep 29, 2020Many peoles have. Often to get out of it you have to think about tommorow. Tommorow might be better than today. It might be worse but you'll never know of you kill yourself. Often peoples that really lost hope, even if they are considered soooo lucky kill themselves. Hope will help!
