If both models and sex workers use their body as the primary tool on their career, why is modeling seen as less objectified compared to sex workers? Isn't the person who hired both of them taking advantage of their looks in exchange for money?

Please don't disrespect any career like this. But as a fashion marketer I hire models to market the products they wear or put on themselves. So to be a model, you need to have a marketing and sales skills as well not just looks and bodies.

Hiring models is about marketing, making potential customers visualize themselves in the place of the models using a certain product or service, which has a monetary gain for the employer. Hiring sex workers on the other hand is about using their body for sexual gratification. Also by this logic, everyone is gainfully employed is selling either their body, their looks, or their brain.

They just have nice body and they take care of it, they use it to promote chloths or anything...so models don't do anything to their body that is against community standard or moral standard
