So i see that there are ppl with bright minds here in this channel....so there was this teacher who asked us to write a policy for this country supposing ourselves as the advisors of the prime minister well I wasn't much in to this issue but I tried what I can to bring about some ideas but also wanted to take an insight from you folks with good ideas to shape the current or the coming generation of this country. The policy is expected to be about shaping the generation to be ethical, respectable, tenacious peace loving and skilled men and women... So what do you think this country's young people need to be like that?

Teachers are what shape the society no naturally, respectable teachers are what this country needs at the moment. Not underpaid teachers who get into the profession with minimal requirement if teaching was respected as a profession we would have had better teachers who produce better generation and in turn making this country a much better place in my opinion.
