So is it only me or sometimes you suddenly get conscious of your existence and feel the reality and get into emotions like your the MC like you forgot others have their own consciousness and everyone is getting old n dying and potentially getting through judgement hell or heaven That moment of realization after focusing on something or being lost in your thoughts is weird and in a way reminds me this world is a mere temporary test Ig it's only me since I've seen Nobody talk abt it And yes I'm an overthinker
