I also had a premature kitty, with very fragile & tiny body, i mean she literally fit in my palms. she refused almost every thing so i bought half liter of milk everyday for 2 months and gave it to her along with breads. After that she started eating minced meat, and lungs and stuff. Eventually she started eating everything i eat, since i usually feed her. Even if she starts eating meat, make sure it's cooked and fresh specially when she is young. Also make sure to boil lungs before feeding your cats, since most cats get sick after a few repetitions.
