why is black market normalized as if it is legal? everybody uses it and everyone talks about it in public as if it is not illegal. why is it so simple for everyone to use it? if one gets caught trading in black, is the punishment huge? or is there even a punishment for it?

Aug 17, 2022Hahaha black market is normal for example it's not actually transferring money that means if you live in us and you have relative in Ethiopia and you want to send it to them you'll give them dollar to someone who needs it in us and once you give that money they'll give you birr to your relative in Ethiopia
