# Health hi guys I am suffering with severe joint pain in fingers and toes it include stiffness and and inflammation. I went to clinic and they told me that my case is arthritis , they gave me some tablets but they have little effect . I am in 20's how will be the causes for this kind of disease to happen in this age ? Please if there are doctors here tell me effective tablets to end/ reduce the pain and if there are natural ways to avoid it from happening.
