Advuce from personal experience 1)eat a high fibre food(avocados and kosta esp.)and drink 2 litre water...especially if you experience frequent constipation...taking laxatives can also help but dont use them more than prescribed. 2)take a sitz bath..this is basically muk weha(not the one that burns)be mezefzefiya argo sit in it for 15 minutes twice a day. 3)after the bath apply a coconut oil(yetm yegegnal)using a syring with no needle(only ml melekiyaw plastic)into your anus.
