Aug 01, 2022So, in my opinion, there are 2 kinds of "good" in Computer Science. ● The first good is the Technical Good and this is what is mainly given priority among teachers. They focus on the syntax (language) and how you implement a particular programming language. The basic programming principles for each Programming Language and so forth. This, by itself, is a challenge. You learn lots of programming languages that have different purposes; Python and Java for website development, C for app development and as such. With each progressive lesson you learn, you become one step closer to understanding your computer as a digital device. And this is where the second "good" comes in. ● The second "good", which should always be given priority by students, is the Creative Good. This is assuming the definition for creativity here is "the ability to problem-solve." Learning a language is easy (relatively), but actually putting it to use poses a challenge. 》For Example, The code to add 2 numbers is different in each programming language. All you need to understand is the programming language. However, the act of developing an app is not about languages, but skill. It virtually takes 1 language and what it mostly requires is your ability to tackle problems. The best way for achieving this by doing constant, very constant, drills or practise sessions. Visit different sites on google, but these would help as well: Quora Stackoverflow GeeksforGeeks CodeWars TutorialsPoint

Aug 01, 2022I second this. Also, use edx.org to study computer science from Harvard and MIT! for free! Teach yourself, and do a lot of self practice. Youtube is one of the best sources. Also check codeacademy. Try taking free courses on udemy, coursera, google etc computer science is frustrating so don’t give up goodluck!
