Yes they are its cheaper than most places and have quality you pay once 12000 for upper only for a year but have monthly checkup free change color and cleansing .

Personal, I went there for extraction and they made me to pay 3700 but my medical insurance paid for it. So, they good for providing services but their price is a no no unless you got insurance.
