Ok I'm just gonna tell you my experience. There was this guy he was my friend at the beginning but then after a year or so he told me he loves me and he sees future with me. I was not looking for a relationship at the time and I rejected his question. We agreed to stay friends like before and I think I did a good job on not making him feel bad about what he said to me. But he brought the question again through a mutual friend which I also rejected. But he again asked me anyway. Everytime we are together with other people or no he always calls me his GF. I felt uncomfortable and I told him that I might start a relationship with him after school closes so he won't bring the question up again. So yeah I think I was in a relationship just because he loved me. But not a mutual love.
