I'm a Christian and lemme tell u what I think because i used to do that too and I stopped after I understood that it was just a waste of time. I'm not saying all types of meditation are wrong because even God said in the bible to meditate on his words. The type of meditation I think is a waste of time is the "if ur subconscious mind believes it, it will come to reality". The reason is not just because it might not happen, because as some people testify that they got results but it might also open ur mind (subconscious) to be vulnerable to different spirits which is a very dangerous thing. And I dont believe God also approves this because he told us to pray to him for our prayers not meditate on some subliminal or meditation that's gonna give u all u want. I just wanna say instead of meditating on other words just meditate on the bible and pray to God for ur desires. I hope this helped👍
