It's not a mental illness, I think it would be depression so u got to do something you like and talk ur problems for someone! But before all this shit u gotta stop thinking that u are suffer from mental illness! I can feel ur healthy brain situation from ur text!! If u want talk to me, i can make u feel free and better!!

Sep 25, 2020Girl ,I am not psychiatrist. But I think I can help you . I am good listener. And I think I can give a good advice to you . I am 19 .since our age are the same you can talk freely . If you want I can drop my username . I think I have been the same situation like you. I asked in this channel what I should do cuz I am in so much stress becouse of my imagination friend . I get angry if I don't talk to them and I even can't stay 1 hr with out talking to them . If you remember this question it is me . I can't say I am fully recovered now gin at least eshalalew. And some one recommend me council for teenagers for free but it doesn't help (for me ). So what I want to say is don't think you are mentally ill. Some people say that accepting your problem is the first step to recover . But I don't think It will work and it doesn't work for me too cuz the more I think about this .the more I become angry and fell hopeless. Just make yourself busy. Make busy by studing or some other stuff what you want to do . If you are 18 years old i think you will be grade 11 or 12 right . So make yourself busy by studing. As I have told you before if you want to talk I am here for you . 😊
