Thank you for your reply!
Reading your answer, I didn't believe it to be true, but rather accepted it as information. You see, the question challenges the belief that believing isn't based upon facts. What if it can be?
Yes my skin is black and I don't have to believe it, but I can believe, for instance, that I would be an odd site if I went to Poland (since there aren't many black people there.)
Knowledge and Knowing are two different things, just like Belief and Believing are. Their respectively core differences are that Knowledge & Belief are solid definitions while Knowing and Believing can be subjective (different for each individual). My question mainly encompasses knowing and believing and if those could be used as collective tools in the way information is introduced to us.
Knowing can be as simple as knowing I have to eat lunch because I feel hungry. Believing could be tied in if I believe that my mother has cooked food for me.
So couldn't they be sequential tools (Seeing -> Knowing -> Believing) in attaining valid information?

The purpose of this question is to make us analyze the habit of how we accept things.
How filtered is the information that enters our lives?
Have we developed a habit of testing things or do we go by what the majority says?
Even if we don't answer, this question should be a perspective to have.
I hope you have a great time.
