last month one of my family members where in same situation what they did was they take doctors from government hospital (malet doctors who work on private and gov't hospital ) and make the surgery in private hospital (around Yohannes Church ) addis emibal betam tiru nachew from nurse to the doctors I know it costy but it was safe
