Sep 21, 2020You have 3 options 1.is search you laptops model and info then download a driver for the Audio this might be a bit challenging (just go on YouTube and search for how to install audio driver) 2. Search for a driver pack download the online version install all missing drivers.3. If all the options dont work it might be a hardware problem or the driver of the laptop is not out to public servers yet either way take it to a professional
Sep 21, 2020I suggest u download, Driver pack, dont format dont restore just get this app n install it it will configure ur pc, it will update ur driver, install missing drivers, n even gives u some apps too. U dont need to be online for this, just download the app n it will do the rest. Hope that was helpful. 😁
