Hello my friend.. I'm software engineering graduate so let try to give an answer to you.. computer science is a science that deals with all about computer(hardware and software) components. It study about how computer works and operates but SE or Software engineering as the name indicates "engineering" creating software by programming and coding so SE is a sub part of computer science or it's a specialised part of computer science in programming. So my friend if want to find your self in programming it'll better to join SE.
