Well I took it like 11 days ago. The exam is given at St. Mary University located around Mexico. The exam fee/price is $200. And since it was my 2nd time, I basically studied from YouTube. But don't take my advice, didn't get a very high score. You can download books and the sample exam software which has 4 practice tests. It doesn't test ur knowledge, but your ability to understand what's infront of you

Almost everything written at the top is correct.i suggest you prepare for a couple of months (1-2 1/2) months to be exact that is what the official book suggests so no one can know better than them.also download sample test application from the official website and torrent.this because you need to get a good practice before the exam.in the desktop application(speaking and writing are not evaluated so you got to evaluate that your self) and there are also android application with practice test.if you need further practice go to YouTube and you find plenty of resources there.i encourage you to practice writing and speaking very well.
