First its better to know you hair type like type 1,type 2,type 3 and type 4 then you can search it on youtube depending in ur hair type If you type 4 like me i used rice water for like 2 months and stopped it when it satrts to dry my hair but it helped it grow then i use avocado and aleo vera treatment and for moisturizing yogurt with egg yolk...and also onion juice also helps....with massaging you scalp with oil ☺️ and its not easy u should be consistent and dont give up you wont see magical change within a month...these helped me to have moisturized, managable hair and helped it grow like 4/5 cm
