1Mitch isn't necessarily herpes. Of course typically if mitch has rashe HSV1 coud be the case... (*😂😂currently tho oral sex makes it possible for HSV2 to show up on face) 2 But there is also a bacteria that feeds on unsaturated fatty acids which lives in your face and abundantly in your nose... So when you eat oily food and go out on the sun... you make an abundant amount of unsaturated fatty acid available for the bacteria to feed on and colonise. 3 people also say ' mitch' when they were in a very warm temperature at home and go outside... For example if you go out while you are baking injera and feel ill your mom would... say it is "mitch"...sometimes this exact thing goes for "megagna" if its tewat... There is no mitch explanation as far as i know....there is ye bunna mich...ye telba mich...ye qibat mich....and i hvnt seen any scientific proof of what it is....just speculations and theories.

Mitch is usually known as cold sores and can be triggered by exposure to sun or sometimes wind could also be herpes but more commonly cold sores nothing to worry about
