That said, Cells consist of DNA and RNA, DNA is the instruction template for what you basically are made of which is mostly protein and RNA is basically half of a DNA that is used to make those proteins, RNA is smaller to transport in the cell as it is half the size of DNA. Finally ribosomes use the RNA and make proteins, to either grow your hair, grow your nails fix scars and in general to make you grow. Also you can read more about them on google and videos also help.
