127Bring meshegna from your regional residence kebele and if you have a house in which you can ask for ID (in AA) to be issued u can take the house owner to wereda office and ask for an ID, they will let you fill some forms and tell you to return after 6 month (you need to wait 6 months after you have requested for ID) for the ID to be issued.
