No matter how emotionally charged the issue is we gotta stop and think. No judicial system is perfect, it's known innocent people get convicted and years later exonerated even cases of rape and murder. So to pass a judgement which is permanent that you can't take back, you gotta be 100% sure like just as your sure 1+1=2. That almost means you gotta have video evidence, especially in our country where forensics is so poor that they will just torture you until you confess. Passing such judgements when you're not 100% sure means your doing what you accuse the alleged rapist of doing "not valuing human life", you're not valuing his life. And having emotionally charged mob mentality makes us no better than the perpetrator.
