make sure u set ur IPv4-DNSs to 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 and make sure ur IPv6 DNS is automatically obtained(It's found in the advanced DNS section in the 192.168.1.1 page)

You should call 994 and register the technician will fix it or if you know any technician they will fix it if not call 994
