Just like they said up-to-date is not a book rather it is a website but some hackers managed to make it offline so that people in the developing world (like us).could use it for free. With pictures and videos it is 5.5 GB but only with text it is 1.5 GB. It has all medical knowledges not only internal medicine. You can get it from your senior students or simply downloaded on the internet. Hope it helps
