So the thing is am 22 yr old Male,am living with my parents ofc..I cant decide anything for myself,my dad still beats me up,he threatens me to kick me out of the house if I reject him in any small decisions like if I dont wanna cut my hair😅(FOR REAL),am basically a slave having 3 meals a day,well we all know that our parents dont see our age ..were all a kid to them but I wanna tell them to stop making me their slave,anyone who hv had same experience or hw to solve this kind of mess pls tell me🙏

Ya habesha parents are all the same..same situation here..u cant change them but u can change u...financial freedom and movin out is the ultimate solution..but until that make them believe you are living like they tell u to and dont argue mnamn..it is almost impossible to win an argument or reason with them as they are always right...make them believe u r z best child they got but create ur own world..freedom is in the mind..they can never take that away from u

Not by talking but actions. Do your stuffs ask him to consult you about your future, work, education an so on if u do that he will understand you are understanding life. look dude i once heard a speech where they said if u are living in any country ena above 22 and taking money from ur parents u r fuc**d... that might noy be ur case gn u have to think of being independent maybe u are a university student leza yehonal u r living at ur parents house gn try finding a skill or learn one and do online jobs or even part time jobs like being waiter mnamn I'm 21 ena I've done some jobs ena I'm preparing to live on my own iam still in college....the only way ur parents respect u is when they see u succeed or be rich or have a family or when u become independent...so try harder to be more independent of them..i hope this helps g don't take it the wrong way our parents love us

I am waiting for that too.i am not in kind of situation like u but during this corona. .i am just at home,ignoring most of things i like...like i want to take night walks..going parks,theaters or having meal outside...anyways it is good ,i don't hate it much...
