I don't know a rat's ass about kdrama but I will tell you one personal experience i had. It was with game of thrones. I used to be a die hard fan read all the books watched every episode with a passion like u have never seen before. And when the ending came, it shattered me. I know this might sound super dumb but it is the truth. It was awful and I couldn't bear to sleep or eat or whatever. Keza I started watching other series that were just as immersive and before i knew it, it was just out of my head😂😂😂

The beauty of kdrama is a little overrated, they create unrealistic thoughts into our minds and they detach us from reality. I mean why did we even believe it when they said goblin waited 900 years to find his bride that will see the sword shoved in his heart? That's pretty unrealistic so I suggest you slowly detach yourself from the kdramas. Trust me I was addicted too
