to raise as pet?? what else could you have done with a tortoise ? eat it? or use it to block roads?

I had a tortoise in my house, we literally grew up together but eventually the gov't decided that they are not supposed to be held in captive as a pet or other wise, so we had to set it free in the wild. Eitherway unless that notion (Awaj) is lifted i dont think u can adopt it legally, as it is considered to be a wild animal in the eyes of the gov't.

Next time on when people wanna feel fast🏃🏽‍♂
