Why am I seeing the world as if it was a dream or unreal? I mean my vision is very weird. It feels like I was watching my life on a screen rather than living it. Is this an eye problem or a disorder? Please, if you know anything about this or experienced it before, I really need you help.

May 05, 2022Hello It's okay..even if it's not. I have experienced a similar situation but mine is what they call "Dissociative Disorder" in which you feel as if everyone and everything around you are unreal and don't make sense. I have also experienced to a certain level your situation which is what they call "Derealization Disorder "...it's just like you explained it. It feels as if you're watching your life like a movie instead of living it. It's okay..like don't freak out. Instead, Google its name and read about the causes, symptoms and treatments available. Once you identify the causes, you can work on from there. I still haven't got there myself but am here if you need anyone to talk to about it
