I agree with the first guy completely. And If you mind spending a bit more make sure it has a good battery life & it's slim. If you can't spend that much get a core i3 or i5 desktop and customize it's ram and graphics card. And a dedicated graphics card isn't that big of a deal when it comes to running Adobe (or similar programs) now a days intel integrated graphics cards as just as great & cheaper compared to the Dedicated AMD & Nvidia graphics cards. Almost forgot if u want more power with less money choose a laptop with an AMD processor; you'll get more processing power with less money.
