I think I should clarify. A teacher was sending a friend of mine inappropriate texts(very explicit) she told him to stop he pushed a little but he did. He still kind of talk to her even after she graduated. She wanted to report him because she realized it's an abuse of power but she don't want to get me on trouble if it won't go anywhere(he knows we're best friends and he thinks I'm the reason she didn't wassnna talk to him and hes currently teaching me). So I wanna know if it's punishable and if he'll be dismissed and or arrested.
May 05, 2022illegal as in to the University standards or like a national Law? I'm sure It's Illegal for the University standards, they will fire the teacher If they find out and National level, I don't think Ethiopia has such advanced laws towards these things. What I would definitely say it's Illegal against is, God. Both the student and the Teacher, are Committing adultery at heart with the other... You're leading yourself to death. so whether you're the teacher or the Student. Stop Grieving God and Acting like a sexual object. you're more than that.
May 04, 2022If under 18, definitely. Not sure for an adult but it can still be considered sexual harassment if they file a report and the school may revoke their teaching license.
