This is what Im also encountered with..but imagine the day when data was closed in Ethiopia..there was no telegram no internet at all..we wouldn't have stopped using internet if the gov't hadn't denied us..so to stop the addiction you must have another person to enforce you to do so it may be your girlfriend boyfriend family or normal friend just not to allow you to use your phone for sometimes. Call and tell them your problem and as you need their help, Also tell them not to allow you even if you beg them. I am really sure you will completely get out of addiction. Just try it. Addiction needs second person to let you free!
