If you say to yourself "I am alone in this, I can't overcome it" It will only worsen. But if you simply count it as a chapter in your life and realise that it will it will pass, I think you can cope with it. You are not alone.
Apr 18, 2022Yeah I guess it's every teenager, I think it's because we are at the point of figuring out our path for our life cause we are becoming independent and tasting adulthood and stuff, there could be many triggers starting from our limit and incapability to shoulder all of this responsibility, and to knowing that everyone we love will be dead in our life time one day
