But also if you are looking for self help books then i would reccomend discovering the power of positive thinking and the power of positive thinking by norman vincent peal. These are the moset amazing books i've come across my life and they both had a great impact in my life. But again they can't compare to praying. Don't give up. Stay strong. I wish you all the best🙏

You dont need a book my brother what you need first is to try to stay sober try to go for 2 or 3 weeks with out drinks or any other shit dont be afraid of ur anxiety controlling u, change ur diet and then believe me u would start to feel alive again everything will be very bright. During that take showers regularly listen to good music or mezmur (if u still believe), once you started to care for yourself you will gain confidence and that is very important and if ur clean and confident the rest will be easy u’ll notice everything, people will notice you back and u’ll understand what mattered the most “It was you and your life the whole time“ that mattered the most. Cuz you dont have friends to be there for you u will start doing things all by ur self then u’ll understand u didn’t need them in the first place once u witnessed that u wont feel depressed or lonely every again. // Thats what i will tell my self if met him back in 2019.🙂

Apr 06, 2022Self help hasn't helped me much. What have helped me are an actual friend and books(novels, biographical, ideological). My life is not great but it's better and I don't think about suicide anymore. So = Identify your interest and discard the rest; Simplify your life. I also know both statically and from personal experience that people of faith are the least susceptible to it all spend time with such people. Good luck with everything and take it easy.
