Well I had the same problem as you and what I did was read some easy English books out loud, I would listen to music lyric and sing it out loud ( 😅 not so pleasing on that) I would write about sth and I would read it out loud... if you want to SPEAK English perfectly... don't worry about your accent or how it may sound, just focus saying the words probably... and don't worry too much about it 😊

I say tht u stop being nervous cuz tht will just make it harder. And also try to know as much as expressions as u can tht way u won't get stuck in the middle of ur speech. Reading aloud might help too cuz the more u speak it the better it gets.☺️
