been in the same situation. All you can do is let her know that you are there for her and make her trust you. Some people find it hard to open up and it might be because they feel like no one cares or because they aren't sure about your intentions or maybe because they feel like they are being a burden. Let her know that all you want to do is help, not just for the sake of her own well being but also because her well being matters to you. If she wont open up after all these, then just be there for whatever she needs you for.

I'm in the same situation , just on the other side. and I've lost a few good friends because of the things you mentioned. I've felt like a burden , felt like no one cared (most don't , although sometimes.... it just feels that way) , and I often find the idea of opening up to be difficult (It honestly just exhausts the people who want to care). Anyways , I love this reply. #asker : Note the last advice carefully, " If she won't open up after all these, then just be there for whatever she needs you for" . You would be the most important person in her life. (being there without forcing "help" de-stresses a person going through a rough time.)

Same here....am one of a kind and the reason is 1. I have trust issues......family and friends and those whom i trusted most was not the one who deserves...... and now its hard to tell my problems, my secrets and what ever is bothering me 2. Nobody really cares........ i care a lot i can't even sleep if my friends are in some bad situation i have to find a solution to their problem or if i can't i am wiz them i care alot abt zem but not the vise versa even when i used to him my worries at the middle he start to talk abt something else which wasn't right 3. The way she raised up also matters So i told u all of this is just to say consider her condition she might be through what u have to do is always be by her side and tell her whenever she wants you u are there to her call her talk her have fun wiz her go out.....if u have friends go their wiz her if she is comfortable tell her that u can talk or discuss on any issues and kemnm demo prove it hope it works good luck 😘😘😘 By: Anonymous 🎖 199 rep a few seconds ago
