Guys necessary quetion here. So i am recently applying to a scholarship now and while i am applying there are thing which is giving me a headache. About middle and last name. Lets just say that my Ethiopian form name is jah bah lah gah. 1.what will be my last name? 2.what will be my fathers last name? 3.what will be my mother last name? 4.since we live in ethiopia , we dont have postal code, street number. So what to fill in those blanks 5. If anyone there to help me, pls drop your user name pls pls

If your name is jah bah lah gah -Your last name is lah -Your middle name is bah -Your father's last name is gah -Your father's middle name is lah -Your mother's last name is her grandpa's name -For postal code you use ፖስታ ሳጥን ቁጥር -for street number go into google maps and find the name of your street and fill that in.

If you need it to apply scholarship, you should use Your G.Pa's name as your last name Your Father's name as Middle name So is your mother. Postal Code are City/Region based so you can search the postal code of your city on Google. Ain't sure about Street number

Ok so about middle name last name ..middle name is not mandatory so just put ur name and ur father's ...you should be cautious cause your name must be the same on all your files. ANd postal code u could drop ur p.o.box if u have one but if not just write ur city and subcity...

Use the first comment and for postal or zip code Ethiopia doesn't have one so use five zeros "00000" and for the street address Google it with ur living area
