Hi AAE fam do u think surgery is the only option to treat myopia ? some studies suggest that exposure to sun & eye exercises may play a role in reducing myopia what do u think ? does these natural vision correction methods work?and optometrists recommend using glasses effectively however there are some myths as some people believe that wearing eyeglasses actually worsen eyesight & make our eyes dependent on the corrective lenses so what is ur opinion ?

I am not sure about the natural exercise but in YouTube many people say it worked 4 them About the eyeglasses depend on the situation for some people it strengthens the reduce SPH for some it make eye alot dependent on it making it weaker and weaker the Later happened to me but the optometris dont wanna believe it
