about mental problem.(bipolar)Am 25 F to help my brother. Anyone Please tell me how to deal with some one who is going through depression episode also manic episodes but mostly its depression.How can i be strong and not shake every time something happens. Also tell me what to say and what not to say during that time sometimes its violence i mean he trys to kill himself also hurt his family, distroy stuffs around the house.
