Assume that girls are also just a human being. And there is noting u need to be nervous about. So go out expose ur self more its owk let them touch ur hand or what ever they are touching like ur shoulder and staff. And that repetitive action will take away ur nervousness. You make contact with them too. U will get over it soon. You are a king stay blessed.
