Because a woman who's refused to had an abortion in modern way at hospitals will probably go to traditional hakim or take traditional drugs and we might lose them both, and the other thing is abortion is not killing a baby, it can only be performed up until z age of viability, before a fetus can survive out of the womb, which means they are still part of her body because they can't "exist" separate from her. What people do with their own body isn't up to an other person. Currently it's legal to have an abortion if she's underage (?), if it's z result of incest or rape, if she have sickness that giving birth will endanger her life.
