ራስህን አጨናንቀህ ደነዝ ሆነህ ነው የምታርፈው

It is more about technique than hours. Do this. 1. Read trying to understand the thing, without worrying about memorizing it, just put all of your effort in to grasping the idea 2. Go back and make short notes on it, on your words if you can 3. Cover the notes, and try to recall what you just studied from the top of your mind. Bonus step - If you have someone around you, try explaining the thing to them. Focus on getting what you're studying instead of trying to tell yourself you studied for a lot of hours.

Study smarter not harder

No, you'll still be a 14hr studying senef. study wise not study much.

Your mind needs to be free of stress to grasp knowledge so an hour would be enough if you caconcentraten adequetly

Yes, in the school system being genius is remember ing the whole thing you are reached when you are asked during the exam so to be this type of being genius is possible by 14 hours a day bcoz all the task is retaining the information. By the way a smartphone is more genius than you and us bcoz he can remember for longer time the data/information you gave it.
