Even though "my nose will now grow" seems like a present statement, it's actually a prediction, a prediction made for the simple reason of confusing those who heed it. So no it won't grow. Another variation is "there is a town with a barber who shaves all men who don't shave themselves, who shaves the barber?". To find out answers to questions like this we need to constrain the domain or include other ways that may give valid answers of the subject we are thinking. For eg. To the question above, what if the barber is a woman?
