Well it's a long process,if you're paying any gpa works but if u want scholarships a gpa of >3.5 may land you big scholarships but from 3.0-3.4 you'll can get scholarships but it'll be a tiny amount that they will give you, you'll need English proficiency exam like toefl or ielts and you need to take the SAT. For applying to the U.S use the college board website @ college board.com and the requirements are there for canada and elsewhere search the university you want to apply to then apply through their website,some have application fees and some dont and then send the application with the required documents then you'll get an answer within a month or 2 then they will tell you further instructions for the embassy Process IF they accept you, and dont forget to apply to at least 5-10 colleges/universities so that you can increase you chances of getting accepted and GOOD LUCK
