Hello everyone, so I wanted to send money abroad to pay for some service I wanted to sign up to but I found out that we can't just send money out ( they told me that at the cbe) and we also don't have PayPal. So does anybody know any way I can use to send the money?? Or anyone who can help through people they know abroad?? Its a pretty small amount bzw its just 15 GBP. Thanks in advance.

Jan 11, 2022It's time for you to get into the black market... It's illegal of course. I'm not gonna tell you how to do everything so ask discreetly if anyone is selling dollars on PayPal. Make sure that guy doesn't steal your cash and run away so find trusted people. That's all I can tell you lol bye
