hey guys😁 Ethiopians say "we r not black, we r habesha" n their reasons r 1. we dont have black culture- gn race is a biological term; not having the same culture doesnt make us biologically different 2. we dont look like other black ppl- but black people have eve gene which makes it possible for us to have any feature (senegalese ppl have asian eyes..) 3. we weren't colonized- japan was colonized for e.g. so are they black now? 4. we weren't enslaved- but slavery has nothing to do with skin color. Jan 07, 2022A misinformed take on the first part, race isn't a biological term, it's a social construct. Race being a "biological thing" is a made up white supremacist point, that's used to say the white race is better than all the other races. But, sure Ethiopians are black.
