Dark web endet nw access madireg yemichilew malet, metekem felige neber
Jan 01, 2022First of all browsers like Chrome and Firefox can not open dark web sites. Unlike what Nati74622 said it's not because they are not secure but because the don't support onion routing. To access the dark web you need to use Tor browser if you are on a PC/Laptop or Orbot if you are on Android. I have no experience of using Dark web on iOS so I don't know any for that. Second, you have to take precautions when accessing the dark web. Sure Tor browser and Orbot are secure but that's not enough. The Onion routing protocol has and exit node vulnerability which means that the since last node (exit node) in the chain the data takes to travel is the one that decrypts the data, a compromised exit node can acquire the raw data that's being transmitted which is not good for your security. Personally I would recommend you to also use VPN and/or proxy chains, but make sure even the VPN and the proxy chains you are using are secure. Second, after you access the dark web you still need to be able to navigate it. Dark websites use the .onion domain while the normal website use .com or any other related domains. You can either enter a website and go directly to it or use a search engine designed for the dark web. To search the dark web, you can use ahmia (juhanurmihxlp77nkq76byazcldy2hlmovfu2epvl5ankdibsot4csyd.onion). Third, even though you have protection from all the stuffs you might have set up, you still have a lot to do to protect yourself. When you are on the dark web, you have to treat every where you visit with a grain of salt. You should never provide personal information, banking accounts, or any other related information. Your identity could be stolen, or your bank account cleaned out, these are just some of the stuffs that can happen. You also have to make sure which ever site you are visiting is the original site. A lot of site have fake site that are used to steal money from people or data. Fourth, don't download and open anything. There are different kinds of people on the dark web and one of them are hackers. Never download anything from a dark websites regardless of whatever it says it is. The file you download might be a virus that give the hacker ultimate power over your computer/phone, and trust me it's extremely simple to make such viruses that won't even be detected by any antivirus. Fifth, don't access illegal or morally bad stuffs on the dark web. A lot of sites posed for such purposes are actually federal agents waiting to catch people using them. So, unless you want to be on an FBI, CIA, or any other countries' national security or international blacklist avoid such sites. There are some good sites online such as the hidden Wikipedia and scienctific research catalogue sites. The rest of my answer continues as a reply to this comment...
