Hello . How have u been. In order to get a travel document you must pass through the ARRA first and i guess they have not started yet. I am also Eritrean. Which kind of travel document u r looking

Yes i went to arra and renewed my paper from 3 month to a 1 year and after i went to immigration they said they havent started yet but his was before one month so i was wondering if u know when they start
