So i tested positive for COVID tlant. My symptoms are kinda minor i just have a rough kinda throat and a little cough. Does it get worse? Also what should i do in terms of nutrition, medication etc? Beteley yzot miyak sew cause im terrified. 20 F, no history of any other illness
