I suggest do your very best to find an even hotter girl and start dating her, and of course when the friendzoning girl asks you about her brag like hell about her beauty, her intellect, how fun it is to be with etc. That gets her jealous and she'll try to make moves on you, dont not falter. Stand your ground until it reaches it's peak. By then you'll have a choice to make, either the hotter one or the friendzoning one?
